One question; many answers
There isn't an easy answer, especially since, among other things, Semantic Restructuring is a call to arms against mental slopiness. Some things don't have sound bite answers. Particle physics, for example. But don't worry, Semantic Restructuring isn't nearly so complicated. It's just slippery, like trying to imagine what you would look like if you weren't imagining.
